No Physical or Digital Product Returns
We do not offer physical products or downloadable digital goods. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not applicable.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (immediate access to certification tests and digital content through LMS), all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once access to the test has been granted, we are unable to process any refund, regardless of whether the test is completed or not.

Exceptional Cases
Refund requests will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same test, please contact us within 7 days with proof of transaction.
- Access issues: If, due to a technical error on our side, you were never granted access to the LMS test despite a successful payment, we will either provide immediate access or issue a full refund.
